Tommy Molin founded Anchor Retail Advisors in June of 2022. He focuses on the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of retail and investment properties to create value for occupiers and owners. Tommy is a native to South Carolina and has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2001. He was previously a Vice President of the Retail Group with CBRE and it’s predecessor firm from August of 2006 until June of 2022.

Tommy knows retail and has executed over 480 sale and lease transactions totaling $283 million across 35 markets in the United States. He has represented over 39 corporate and franchise clients in executing their expansion, relocation, and disposition initiatives. He specializes in restaurants and has executed over 94 restaurant transactions totaling $60 million.

Tommy has represented numerous regional and institutional owners including Barings, Brixmor, CBL & Associates, DDR, Fortress Investment Group, Gilbane Development Co., Insignis Partners, Kimco Realty Corp., Kite Realty, Pacolet Milliken, Parks Hospitality Group, Ramco Gershenson, RealOp Investments, Realty Income, SouthCoast Centers, Slate Asset Management, Sears Holding Management Group, and The Beach Company.  He specializes in the leasing of urban and mixed use projects including Canvas, Cornerstone at Main, Drayton Mills Marketplace, Main + Stone, Markley Station, McBee Station, NOMA Square, Poe West, Society Hall, and South Ridge.

Tommy received a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University and has been a CCIM since 2006. He is a licensed Broker in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Tommy resides in Taylors, SC with his wife Emily and their two children Kate and Jack. He enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, boating, trying out new restaurants via yelp, and supporting the Clemson Tigers.
